In preparation to return your vehicle please review the instructions below.

STEP 1 – PROVIDE NOTIFICATION OF VEHICLE RETURN

Note: Driver must provide a minimum of one full calendar month’s notice of return.

STEP 2 – PREPARE YOUR VEHICLE FOR RETURN

Note: You are required to return the vehicle in good overall condition (tires, body and glass), and to ensure that the vehicle is mechanically sound.  Additional Charges may apply for any defects or deficiencies, or for any of the following items if not completed prior to return:  

  • Arrange for a mechanical inspection & obtain a Valid Safety Standards Certificate (Required at return).
  • Provide most recent Annual Inspection certificate (PMCVI)
  • Full tank of gas
  • Complete set of tires (both winter and summer – if applicable)
  • Cleaned inside and out
  • Free from scratches & significant damage
  • Include 2 sets of keys
  • Wheelchair Straps and Accessories

Step 3 – VEHICLE RETURN & INSPECTION

On your appointment date, return your vehicle in person to Jim Peplinski Leasing at the address below:

Upon arrival, JPLI will complete an inspection of your vehicle.

Step 4 – PAYMENT

You will be required to pay the UberWav return fee of $300 + HST, as well as any other deficiencies, damage or missing items.  Payment can be made by credit card (VISA / MasterCard) or debit.

Upon completion of your vehicle return, JPLI will cancel your pre-authorized monthly payment withdrawal and refund any applicable overpayment.  Please note: refunded overpayments can take up to 10 business days to be returned.
